Presidential Candidate Atiku Abubakar writes his Supporters on way Forward
A Message of Gratitude to Nigerians For Your Support on This Necessary Journey.
~Atiku Abubakar.
Dearly beloved citizens of Nigeria,
I write to personally thank you for your support for our shared common goal and the solidarity I enjoyed from all walks of life and every strata of society, right from July 21, 2018, when I informed you, the good people of Nigeria, that I would contest the 2019 Presidential election, to Wednesday, September 11, 2019, when the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal rendered its verdict.
Nothing good comes easy, and hard as the task to rid Nigeria from the forces of fascism, and be an instrument for the full restoration of the rule of law and democracy in Nigeria is, your support makes the struggle worthwhile.
I owe so much to this great land of Nigeria that took me from the streets of Jada, where I sold firewood, to the heights I have attained, by God’s benevolence, in the civil service, in corporate Nigeria, and in public service.
If I do not play my part in making it possible for other orphaned children, indigent youths and the less privileged, to replicate and even surpass my path to significance, I would have failed my Maker. If I do not ensure that the ladder I climbed remains accessible to those at the bottom, middle and top tiers of society, I would not have fulfilled my purpose.
And only by ensuring that democracy is not just done, but seen to be done, can Nigeria and Nigerians have a sense that this our dear land is indeed a land where Unity, Faith, Peace and Progress reside.
It is for this, and other patriotic reasons, that I am pursuing this judicial route: To ensure that the votes of Nigerians count and are counted.
Yes, those who do not want this as Nigeria’s reality, will use every trick in the book to undermine, discourage, misinform and mislead, but with God’s help and the support of Nigerians, we will ensure that Nigeria makes a course correction away from tyranny and towards democracy.
We must return to being Africa’s bastion of democracy, where the rights to Freedom of Speech and Freedom after the Speech, are guaranteed. We must stand together to pursue this just cause all the way so that our judiciary is not afraid to do their jobs and have to be wary of blackmail, intimidation, and victimisation.
I note the immense outpouring of goodwill from ordinary Nigerians in every nook and cranny of Nigeria and from all regions, religions and relationships. Once again I thank you all for your support. I also thank the governors elected on the platform of my party, the Peoples Democratic Party, as well as the National Executive Committee, for their unanimous and unambiguous support for the judicial phase of this struggle, especially after it was announced that we would go on to appeal. Notorious serial killer of women in hotel reveals why and how he kills his victims
"I Don’t Carry Guns, I Use knife To Cut Bed Sheets Into Ropes To Strangle My Victims To Death ” The 39- year old notorious serial killer of women in hotels, Gracious David West, from Buguma in Asari-Toru local government area of Rivers State has confessed that he had actually killed’ a total of seven people and started killing from Ikeja, Lagos before moving to Owerri in Imo State and Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
He confessed that in Port Harcourt, he killed five persons, one in Ikeja and another in Owerri and survived on the money he stole from the victims’ accounts by using their ATMs cards. He made the confession today, Friday, 20 September while being paraded by Mustapha Dandaura, the Commissioner of Police at the Rivers State Police Headquarters.
On the motive behind his actions, he said: “I don’t know what always came over me to kill. After I had killed, I would feel remorse and then I would cry. But after that, the irresistible urge to kill would come over me again. I killed alone.” About belonging to a Cult group, he said “I was a member of the Degbam Cult group, I have since repented. I was not killing for any cult group.
I just killed. I don’t know what always came over me to kill.” About how he had been surviving, he revealed: “The first woman I killed in one of the hotels at Ikeja had about N85,000 in her account. “Before I strangulated them after love making, I would use knife to cut the hotel bed sheets into a semblance of a twine or rope which I used to bind their hands and feet. I used the knife also to threaten them. The kitchen knife was sold to me by an Aboki. I threatened that if my victims raised alarm I would kill them with the knife. Out of fear, they would keep quiet while I raised the volume of the television set in the hotel room to dwarf any noise.
I never killed with the knife.” Gracious David West also revealed that before he killed his female victims, he insisted on knowing their account balance and ATM pins. “After strangulating them, I would steal their ATM cards, empty their accounts from any nearby ATM machine and move on. It is not all the girls I slept with that I killed. I killed only whenever the irresistible urge to kill overwhelmed me. l don’t have a house. My mother died through poisoning from her mate and I am homeless. I sleep in hotels.
” He also revealed that he sold the phones he stole from his victims to a customer in Waterlines Junction off Port Harcourt/Aba Expressway and another buyer around MTN office by Oil Mill Market in Port Harcourt. He also confirmed that he was one of the ex-militants rehabilitated by the Omega Power Ministry (OPM), that he secured a job for Federal University of Science and Technology (FUTO), Owerri, through the Church but he bolted with students’ properties. The suspect who at a point broke down in tears also told journalists that he tried to seek spiritual deliverance from Christ Chosen Church. He was also in Salvation Ministries but to no avail because he couldn’t secure accommodation to follow through.
CP Dandaura disclosed that his insistence on hotels in the state to install Close-Circuit Television Cameras (CCTVs), had yielded results. He vowed that the Police under his command would fight crimes headlong in the state.

Lizzy Anjorin Responds to Toyin Abraham Aimakus Legal notice
lizzyanjorinI am used to myopic cracked head and dead, low life with zero achievement sychrophants consoling themselves with lines such as "I have instructed my lawyer to respond, bla bla bla" when weighty allegations and evidence(s) stare them in the face.
By principle, I am an APOSTLE of dignity and respect on social media and by nature I am never going to keep QUIET in the face of EVIL and wickedness. I also belief that whatever rights you have, you must be responsible with them. The fact, that you have rights to have fans doesn't mean you groom them to commit crime or indulge in anti-social behaviours online.
The gibberish you gave as a reaction is tasteless, classless and uncouth. When you maliciously came up on social media in your usual way to lie against me and subjected my hardwork and personality to untold cyber-attacks with the aid of your followers with deadly, fabricated evidence(s) , , The evil you groomed will consume you soon.
I think the WORLD will soon see that you have no single dignity left in you, hence you could still muster words when a FAN or an account you glorify openly is seen sending secret message to a criminal blogger just to subject your colleague to defamation, cyber-attacks and assaults. You are an example of women trying bring women down secretly.
You accused me of peddling DRUGS and left left me with no option now than write a petition to NDLEA to investigate both of US for drug related offences. They must as a matter of fact TEST both of us for drugs and publish their outcome. You and I know you desperately need a high powered rehab before you can stop taking cocaine. And only God knows how many of your followers and fans you have initiated into these substance intake.
While I am using my resources to empower and employ people, you are busy using your followers as human shields to hurt your colleagues and targets. You may fake your personality to them, but we know you. .
You must tell the world why your glorify follower @m_adeoye slide into a deadly blogger to sponsor a deadly and destructive story against me ..
.
Until I get justice I will NEVER back down ..

The Election Commission's website revealed that Suara polled 34,237 votes which is exactly 13 percent of the vote.
When the early voting results were tallied she was not among the top five. She however sealed her spot on the election day September 12, by defeating district council member Sheri Weiner for the fifth and final spot.

The Tailor Who Became A Billionaire With £20
Chief Razaq Akanni Okoya. CON, who built his multi-million dollar Eleganza Business Empire from 20 Pounds, was born in Lagos, South-West Nigeria on January 12, 1940 to the family of Tiamiyu Ayinde and Alhaja Idiatu Okoya.
The only formal education he had was at Ansar-Ud-Deen Primary School, Oke-Popo, Lagos.
According to him:
"while in school, I could see my teacher in worn out and often shabby clothes and at the same time, I could see well-dressed businessmen at Dosunmu Street, the then heart of business in Lagos. So it was easy for me to choose business life."
So, he made up his mind to become an entrepreneur at a very young age.
As he grew up, he worked for his father who was a very good tailor. They weren’t just sewing on-demand clothing for people, but were also making clothes for sale. They also made bicycle seat cover and sold tailoring accessories.
As a tailor, his father was fairly comfortable as he owned a Chrysler, and regularly used it to commute to see his clients. One of his clients was Chief Louis Odumegwu Ojukwu, the father of Chief Emeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu.
While working for his father, he engaged in his own side tailoring services like mending shirts and trousers for a fee and saved up every penny he made until he had £20, which was the equivalent of 40 Nigerian Naira in those days.
With that money, he decided to startup his own small scale trading.
At the time he started his business, a lot of people weren’t ordering items directly from the manufacturers, but somehow, he had stumbled upon a product catalogue of a manufacturer based in Japan; he studied their products and realised they could sell out, and so he decided to place an order. But he got stuck when he realised the value of the order was £70, meaning he was short of £50.
To make up his capital, he approached his mother for a loan, but being a respectful and submissive wife to her husband, she requested he should first ask for permission from his father for her to give him the loan, which he did.
After making up his capital, he placed the order for the items. Upon the arrival of the shipment, he realised that the quality of the products were far better than what was in the market already and also far cheaper. This helped him sell out quickly and place more orders within a very short space of time.
The quick turnovers helped his business to expand rapidly, and gave him the finance he needed to launch into other areas.
Having travelled to many countries around the world to see how things are done, he decided it was about time he started manufacturing his own goods.
Around this period, his first wife, Kuburat Okoya had an obsession with expensive jewellery. She was importing them at ridiculously expensive prices. He got fed up with the cost of the jewelleries, because of the abundance of raw materials in Nigeria.
Since the local demand for these jewelleries were high, he travelled abroad, bought some jewellery manufacturing machines, brought in some experts, and started manufacturing the jewellery at ridiculously low costs.
Shortly after the commencement of the Jewellery Manufacturing Arm of Eleganza Group, his success was overwhelming. They couldn’t keep up with the local demand since their prices and quality were really attractive. This led to a remarkable major breakthrough.
While he was manufacturing jewellery and buttons, he decided to venture into shoe manufacturing. What he did then, was to pay factories in Italy to manufacture the shoes for him and then export them to Nigeria. While this was going smoothly, his order suddenly stopped at some point, so he immediately flew to Italy to find out why they didn’t send in his goods and to his dismay, he realised they had used his money to settle their factory bills.
This angered him, and drove him to import machines and experts to train his workers on shoe manufacturing.
When asked about what motivated him, he said:,
“My father was a very good tailor and we were selling tailoring materials. We didn’t wait for people to bring materials; we were making clothes and sewing everything to sell. From shirts to trousers to bicycle seats.

Goodluck Jonathan reacts To Xenophobia in South Africa
Former Nigeria President Goodluck Jonathan reacts on the attacks on Blacks in South Africa
“To make meaningful progress, Africans must be encouraged to treat one another as brothers and sisters, in love and unity. “Relations within and between nations should never be allowed to degenerate to a level where citizens will resort to self-help by visiting violence on fellow Africans and their legitimate business interests. “Growth and development can only be cultivated and sustained when leaders ensure that the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as migrants, are respected and protected.”
“For peace to thrive, we must first build hope in the lives of the people because hope inspires love, love promotes peace, peace engenders justice while justice guarantees freedom and trust. “These universal virtues are central to our quest for a peaceful and prosperous continent.“

The 27-year-old singer explained why he was away from Nigeria for many months after his Uncle, Ademola Adeleke lost in the Osun state governorship election.
"With the whole politics thing it was first about family.
Honestly, it was first about family. I was in Osun with my guys.
We saw everything in plain sight. Let me tell you a story about my uncle.
My uncle is the last born of the family.
The original politician of the family is Serubawon, my father’s elder brother.
“He was the first Governor of Osun state; came back then went for Senator you know when everybody for the state knows that this is the next governor and then we just woke up one day and they said he went to eat somewhere and he died.
“Yoruba culture when somebody holds an office and he passes on they either give the brother or the close relatives. The next in line is Bred’s daddy (Senator Ademola Adeleke) and he is just a happy person.
He doesn’t like politics but when you lose your brother everybody knows what’s up. With that, they (APC) wanted to give my uncle automatically.
“A day to them (APC) swearing him in as Senator, they said no, we want to do re-election, another guy has come up and my father doesn’t like wahala so he said let’s go to the other party (PDP) if we lose we pack our thing and go.
The next day we did election my Uncle cleared 16 out of 17 local government areas.

The action comes shortly after Zambia has cancelled an international friendly football match which was slated for Lusaka next weekend against South Africa.

The offer which was contained in a statement sent to Igbere TV by Emmanuel Uzor, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, disclosed that the amnesty period would last from Aug.30 to Sept.10. The statement said those who embrace the offer would not face prosecution but those who decline would face the law and all monies they took from government would be recovered from them.
“We are giving the amnesty to all ghost workers within the stipulated period to surrender and negotiate the repayment of all illegally collected funds to the state and Local Government Areas (LGA). “The state government is happy to announce that it has made significant progress as the verification has saved it and the LGA about N60 million for one month. “This exercise will be regular until all ghost workers or workers who benefit from illegal, multiple payments are flushed, to ensure more employment opportunities for our brothers and sisters.
“We have procured the services of financial institutions with bias in Information Communication Technology (ICT) to deploy Bank Verification Number (BVN) in tracking and prosecuting ghost workers,” the statement said. The statement also said the governor has directed relevant authorities to ensure immediate payment of all workers’s salaries, pension and other entitlements for August.
