TB Joshua's vision on abducted school girls in Boronu.

According to the man of God
"God said he will release them, security should take it easy"

Prophet T.B. Joshua said on Sunday 27th April 2014 concerning the over 100 school girls who are still being held by Boko haram in Borno State, Nigeria...
They have to be released. That is the voice of God. I saw a vision where some of these girls have escaped and they are trying to find their way from the forest to the town. In the midnight, some of these girls ran away. The ones that are still under their custody – God said He will release them. This is the voice of God. God has spoken – these children must be released. We can’t wait to see them. God has marked them that nothing should happen.
The family members of the abducted schoolgirls - your pain is our pain. I learnt many of
the parents are in the bush. Please come back home. It is not your battle alone but the battle of all people of God all over the world. They are also our children.
We are in a spiritual battle. God has promised all of them will come out free, without harm and hurt. However, if there is unnecessary confrontation, it may affect them.
I want to tell our security men that they should take it easy. They should not go with full force because it will bounce back on these children. Let us be prayerful and at the same time be tactical and strategic, so they will not harm our dear schoolgirls. Their captors are in a place where they cannot move forward or backwards. Confrontation is dangerous. The security men should be very careful in their strategy and approach.
Almost half of these girls have escaped and are inside the bush. Our prayer is safety for these little ones. Let them come out! We can’t wait to see them! I was expecting “Breaking News” last Thursday that almost half of them escaped. It was the shooting of our security men they heard that scared them. They are afraid the shooting is from the militants, not knowing our security forces were coming to rescue them. They have stopped their journey and are hanging somewhere. God is in control!
Lift up your voice and pray for the protection of these girls. Remember our security forces too in prayer. Ask God to give them more wisdom and a clean and clear strategy, so that their approach will not be attack for attack. No matter what the militants do, even if they attack, they should not attack back in order not to harm our girls. On Tuesday, be in an attitude of prayer. With God, all things are possible.”

Boko haram make a censors board to ban half of a yellow sun

The Nigeria Film and Video Censorship Board, (NFVCB), has banned the widely publicized and internationally acclaimed film, Half of A Yellow Sun which has been premiered in Nigeria. But reliable sources told our correspondent Abuja that the film promoters are making frantic efforts to remove the offensive sections and get the film approved. Sources said that the film, an adaptation of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s novel is being stopped from getting into the market due to parts that tend to whip up tribal sentiments, especially on issues that led to the Nigerian civil war.
Continue reading:
The filmmaker further revealed that, “with the Boko Haram insurgency and the Adamawa State governor’s outburst, the NFVCB is living up to its billing.” Half of a Yellow Sun is a 2013 Nigerian drama film directed by Biyi Bandele and based on the novel of Adichie. The film is a love story that follows two sisters who are caught up in the outbreak of the Nigerian Civil War and stars Chiwetel Ejiofor, Thandie Newton, Onyeka Onwenu, Genevieve Nnaji and OC Ukeje.

chloroquine, artesunate for malaria treatment, expert warns Nigerians

Nigerians have been advised against the use of Chloroquine and Artesunate for the treatment of malaria. Nnenna Ezeigwe, National Coordinator, National Malaria Control Programme, gave the advice in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria on Friday in Abuja. She, however, recommended that people should take only Artemisinin Combination Therapy, ACTs, when they test positive for malaria. “If your test result is positive, take only Artemisinin Combination Therapy (ACTs). Do not treat malaria with chloroquine, artesunate or other monotherapies. “The ACT with green leaf is good quality and affordable; Ask for it,’’ she said. When contacted, Adeline Osakwe, Deputy Director, Pharmacovigilance, Food and Drugs Information Centre, NAFDAC, said the use of chloroquine and artesunate in Nigeria was being gradually phased out. “Since 2005, the use of monotherapies such as Artesunate, Chloroquine had been discouraged in favour of Aretmisinin Combination Therapy (ATC) for uncomplicated malaria. “These ATCs include Arthemeter/Lumenfantrine, Artesunate/Amodiaquine, and other registered ones. Ms. Osakwe said that the monotherapies are gradually being phased out by not registering new ones and not renewing those that their licenses had expired. The World Health Organisation, WHO, had placed a global ban on the use of chloroquine and Artesunate in 2005. Speaking on the World Malaria Day celebration, Ms. Ezeigwe advised pregnant women to register early for ante-natal care in order to receive preventive treatment against the disease. “Expectant mothers should demand for preventive treatment, `Intermittent Preventive Treatment in Pregnancy (IPTp)’ during ante-natal visits from 16 weeks of pregnancy,’’ she said. She said that the Federal Government and Roll Back Malaria partners had over the last decade committed huge resources to ensure that malaria was brought under control. She said that the efforts had led to a reduction in malaria prevalence by more than eight per cent, adding that much more needed to be done. Ms. Ezeigwe called on the private sector, the media, and the academia to play active roles in the fight against the Malaria. “It is only working together that we can end the needless suffering and deaths caused by Malaria. “Keep your environment clean and free of puddles, and always sleep inside long lasting insecticide treated nets. “Wear protective clothing against mosquitoes when necessary, and always get tested before you treat for Malaria,’’ she said.

Man Sexually Assaults Sleeping Woman on British Airways Flight

A man was caught fondling a woman’s breast for five minutes, as she slept on a recent British Airways flight from London to San Francisco. The unidentified woman was taking a nap when the male passenger, Vinay Pochampally, reached over from his seat behind her, and slipped his hand inside her blouse while other passengers watched, Daily Mail reports. He was reportedly intoxicated when he did this. When the woman woke up and realized what was happening, Pochampally briskly removed his hand and ran down the aircraft aisle. What is most shocking about this is that although the incident was later reported to flight attendants, none of the passengers attempted to stop the assault as it was happening. Pochampally has been charged with simple assault.

No more sound sleep on airplanes.  We all have to be careful. You don't know who's sitting next to you.
