They BURNT ballot paper and card readers. No ONE WAS KILLED. Security operatives were ABSENT. INEC staff, Corps members and Adhoc staff were left exposed. The thugs and their financiers are only wasting their precious time burning ballot papers and card readers. The results have already been transmitted to INEC. What they burnt are used materials being returned to the INEC office. - eyewitness account
