Business man denies rape . he claims he penetrated the teen by mistakenly falling on her!

Businessman Ehsan Abdulaziz, 46, a property developer denies rape claiming he may have penetrated a teenager after falling on top of her, a court has heard. He allegedly forced himself on the girl as she slept on the sofa in his plush flat in Maida Vale, West London, following a night of drinking.

When arrested, Abdulaziz responded by telling police "She'll have to prove it", the court was told.

The 18-year-old had met Abdulaziz in the Cirque le Soir nightclub in the West End on August 7 last year where she had been spending the evening with a friend, a jury heard.

Abdulaziz offered to give the pair a lift home from the celeb hotspot in his Aston Martin, Southwark Crown Court heard.

He invited the two girls into his flat for a nightcap then he took the alleged victim's friend into a bedroom for sex.

The complainant woke in the early hours of the morning to find Abdulaziz on top of her forcing himself inside her, it is alleged.

Prosecutor Jonathan Davies told a jury:

"She woke up with the defendant kissing her and his penis in her vagina, she was wearing shorts and he had pulled them to one side.

"She said 'what are you doing?' he said 'it's fine' indicating that her friend was asleep.

"She got up to find her friend, tried to wake her but couldn't, she then tried to get out of the flat as quickly as she could.' "She was very upset about what had happened to her and because she couldn't wake her friend, she called two friends, she then called the police.

"As a result or her complaint- she was spoken to and she was medically examined at a sexual assault referral centre."

Abdulaziz initially told police he had woken the girl at 5.30am when he went to get a glass of water from the kitchen and to switch off the TV, the prosecutor said.

He claimed the teenager pulled him onto her and placed his hand between her legs.

But she become angry when he had offered to call her a taxi and stormed into the bedroom to wake her friend, Mr Davies said.

Abdulaziz was re-interviewed by police in May this year after traces of his DNA were traced to the victim.

Mr Davies said:
"On this occasion he said after he had sex with the complainant's friend his penis was still erect and he had semen on his hands when he went into the living room.

"He said in the second interview she pushed his hands down on to her vagina.

"He said that he did fall on to her and his penis may have penetrated her vagina. You may consider, members of the jury, him changing the account he was giving."

Abdulaziz, of Maida Vale, London denies rape. The trial continues.

Samson Eletu, a bus conductor, has been arrested for allegedly killing Babatunde Omoyeni, a web designer who planned to spend his Christmas and New Year celebrations in the United States of America.

The Punch reports that the web designer whose demise came days before his trip to the US, was stabbed to death by the conductor over a disagreement on N50 transport fare.

Omoyemi, 38, was said to have decided to go clubbing with his friends after obtaining all travel documents but met his death in the hands of Eletu. A police source revealed that angry residents almost lynched the conductor before he was rescued by a community leader, who took him to the Aguda Police Division.

“The victim was returning home after a party when he entered the bus. He gave the conductor N500, but the conductor told him he didn’t have N450 change, because the fare was N50.

“When they got to the bus stop, the man demanded his change and that started a fight.
“An Alfa in the bus intervened and separated them. But the conductor, who was still aggrieved, trailed the victim to his house,” a source explained.

Eletu reported to have been armed with a broken bottle, banged on the gate into the house, “as the deceased opened the gate, Eletu stabbed him. Babatunde took to his heels, but the conductor chased him. Unfortunately, he fell down and the conductor stabbed him repeatedly.”

It was when Eletu was fleeing from the scene of the accident that he was nabbed by a suspicious resident who saw blood stains on his clothes.

In her words, Blessing Omoyemi, the younger sister of the victim lamented that her brother would not have died if he was rescued on time. The aggrieved sibling said:“Nobody was ready to assist him to the hospital. A man had to throw himself in front of a commercial bus and asked the passengers to disembark, before he could get help.

Mark Zuckerberg with Priscilla Chan the Founder of FACEBOOK shares news on facebook

We have some exciting news: we're expecting a baby girl!

This will be a new chapter in our lives. We've already been so fortunate for the opportunity to touch people's lives around the world -- Cilla as a doctor and educator, and me through this community and philanthropy. Now we'll focus on making the world a better place for our child and the next generation.

We want to share one experience to start. We've been trying to have a child for a couple of years and have had three miscarriages along the way.

You feel so hopeful when you learn you're going to have a child. You start imagining who they'll become and dreaming of hopes for their future. You start making plans, and then they're gone. It's a lonely experience. Most people don't discuss miscarriages because you worry your problems will distance you or reflect upon you -- as if you're defective or did something to cause this. So you struggle on your own.

In today's open and connected world, discussing these issues doesn't distance us; it brings us together. It creates understanding and tolerance, and it gives us hope.

When we started talking to our friends, we realized how frequently this happened -- that many people we knew had similar issues and that nearly all had healthy children after all.

We hope that sharing our experience will give more people the same hope we felt and will help more people feel comfortable sharing their stories as well.

Our good news is that our pregnancy is now far enough along that the risk of loss is very low and we are very hopeful.

Cilla and our child are both healthy, I'm extremely excited to meet her and our dog Beast has no idea what's coming. In our ultrasound, she even gave me a thumbs up "like" with her hand, so I'm already convinced she takes after me.

We're looking forward to welcoming her into the world and sharing more soon when she's ready to come out and meet everyone!

Congrats to them and we wish them a safe delivery & a healthy  baby.

Oyinbo Princess Says "don’t regret marrying a Nigerian "

Popularly known as Oyinbo Princess, this British-born actor and comedienne is admired for her mastery of the Pidgin English. Married to a Nigerian, she talks about her love for Nigeria

Briefly talk about your background

I was born into a small family and raised in the United Kingdom. Growing up for me was challenging and rewarding, but most of all I have very fond memories of it. After college, I worked in Greece as an activities assistant for children. Upon returning to the UK, I stumbled on a full-time role in the travel industry. I was also a manager for a foremost recruitment firm in London, and worked for one of the leading airlines.

What is your real name?

My real name has been kept confidential; my management team believe this is best as everyone knows me as Oyinbo Princess. I do feel that at the right time, my full name will become common knowledge.

What fuelled the passion to learn and speak Pidgin English?

My passion for Nigeria pushed me to learn and be as involved as I could be. I became interested in Pidgin English in the early 2000s, when I listened to artistes such as Tuface, PSquare, Timaya and Duncan Mighty. I noticed that many of the songs sounded quite like English, but I could tell they were different from pure English. From loving the beats, I became interested in learning the meaning of the lyrics. I found myself seeking the attention of Nigerians living in London, who I could learn from.

How long did it take you to learn Pidgin English?

It took many years to become familiar with the language and I still have so much more to learn every day. I was a little shy about speaking it, but by making mistakes, I learnt the correct way to speak. I still make mistakes and have a British accent when pronouncing certain words or phrases. I like to be corrected in order to help me in future. I would love to learn the Warri version of the language, called Waffi.

You are also an actor and comedienne, how did you discover that part of you?

Acting came naturally to me. I became interested in acting from a young age and took part in many local productions. As a child and young adult, I was a member of the Royal Theatre of Dance and Drama Association, where I discovered it was definitely a path I wished to follow. I like to be on stage, in front of the camera and in the spotlight.

What do you find captivating about Nigeria?

The beauty of the country and landscape, the differences in culture and hospitality of the Nigerians I have met fascinate me. Sometimes, I forget that I am British when I am around Nigerians. Nigerians are truly inspiring, irrespective of the unfortunate cases reported in the media. Nigeria is the most amazing place. I believe that our cultures are fairly similar in terms of respect and hospitality.

How often do you visit Nigeria?

I have lost count of the number of times I have visited Nigeria. I wish to build my own house in Nigeria and spend every year shuttling between Nigeria and England. I would like to work in Nigeria with Nollywood artistes, and invest some of my earnings in projects which will be beneficial to the local people. I look forward to what the future holds, with God’s grace.

You are married to a Nigerian…

Yes, and it has been three years. I met him when I visited a friend of mine who was also dating a Nigerian. I requested that he brought his friend to balance the date. From the second I met him, I instantly felt a connection to him. I was swept off my feet by his pleasant manners, interest in me as a person and caring attitude. It felt good to have someone passionate about me and as time passed, I knew he was the one for me.

Do you regret not marrying a Briton?

I do not regret marrying a Nigerian. I like the spark which comes from being in a biracial relationship and enjoy learning things different from what I may be used to. I married the man I love and I would not want it any other way.

What challenges do you face as a result of the cross-cultural marriage?

There are obviously some obstacles to overcome especially when learning something new. Rather than seeing things as challenges, I see things as learning curves, where I can educate myself on how to manage certain situations by putting things into practice. Being a Christian, I love God and feel the church is a place where respect of others is fundamental. I treat others in the way I wish to be treated.

Did your family oppose your decision marry a Nigerian?

We were both lucky to have families who stood by us and supported our decisions to get married. We were automatically accepted into each other’s family. They understood that the most important key to our marriage is love.

How do you compete with other artistes?

I believe that I am good at what I do and I simply do what I do because of the passion I have for it; the fame or money involved at times is simply a bonus. Most British entertainers entertain in Queens English and seek people who speak and understand plain English, but I sail my own ship. My audience are fundamentally Nigerians. Being a white British lady adds the unexpected factor and seems to be accepted as a good thing.

How did you learn to cook Nigerian meals?

Over the years, I have managed to cook a variety of Nigerian dishes. I learn and recreate Nigerian dishes in my kitchen. I eat almost anything. I learnt from sources, both from visiting Nigeria to watching people cook and visiting websites to follow recipes. I refer to YouTube for procedures too.

Do you have any style preference?

I wear what I feel comfortable in and dress for the occasion at hand. I dress casually for day-to-day activities, usually with leggings and a top or a cardigan in cooler weather. For formal events, I like to dress up and look the part. If I have to attend a Nigerian event, I wear one of my many traditionally-sewn garments, including a gele. My definition of style depends on the mood I am in and where I am going to.

How do you keep fit and what are your beauty routines?

I would love to take part in more fitness-relatedactivities but I am often pushed for time. I often go swimming and also enjoy tennis. Having enough sleep, combined with healthy diet is a must for me. I am a hygienic person; I bathe at every opportunity, two to three times a day – I like to moisturise my body with a nice firming and nourishing cream to help keep my skin young and soft in appearance. I take pride in growing my natural nails, which makes me feel girly.

YETUNDE ODUWOLE OF BUSTLINE MEDIA SPEAKS ON THE REASON BEHIND THE VIRAL VIDEO

FOR THE RECORDS AND FOR CLARITY....

Whoa! Thanks to family, friends and fans of Bustline all over the world who have been bombarding me with calls and messages about the "Crying Video" Lol. I appreciate you all and at this point; I think you all deserve some clarification.

First of all; do not be scared; I've not gone bunkers. Lol. I couldn't have gone on YouTube to post a video of myself in that kind of situation. Moreso; I wouldn't want you all to catch me without my wig; and with such an ugly face

Now, the video was sent to Tunde Bernard sometime in December/January when we had a rift and I decided to pack it all up. Hey; I'm not gonna come up here and say I don't cry; I do cry; we all do in our closet. Not a big deal. It was my means of communicating with him at the time because I didn't want to talk to him directly and wanted my words to sink in. Well; he obviously kept the video safe with an evil thought that he would one day use it against me and get me embarrassed. But the table turned in my favour like magic! So far I got more heartfelt messages from well meaning people the world over than the embarrassment it was intended to cause. I guess his intention bounced in his face. To God be the glory!!!

January to me is a long time ago. I have since moved on; and knowing me; I would not sit in a corner for too long. I've got spring in my steps and that makes me unusually unstoppable. Though my cry doesn't last that long; but believe me; it detoxicates me and makes me feel better. Yes big girls cry too. Just like the rest of you.

Please this isn't my current situation and I'm not crazy enough to post such a video. But if there is any award to dole out to me; going by this video; it's the crier of the year award. Lol. That was some good one! People close to me know me to shed tears for even the people I don't know. I shed tears even when watching depressing movies; despite the fact that i know it's make-believe, It's the soft part of me that God has not given me the grace to hide.

If you think you have tarnished my image by uploading and sharing a video that was meant to be between you and I, and you are there mocking and leaving nasty comments; I've got a message for you: God is watching and would definitely pay each person with their own coin. I won't wish you the pain behind those tears; I'll simply let God judge you. Simple.

Bustline is still your sassy and snazzy girl who could cry and who could stay strong at the same time. By the way; I still looked pretty in the video even amidst those tears....never mind my hair though; it was blooming at the time😀😀Maybe when next I cry; I'll apply make up cos you never know where it would be uploaded....looolzzz.

I thank you all for your love and concern. You have all been awesome and supportive. You are all family! And I'm sorry if I haven't picked your call. I couldn't have picked them all.

And to Tunde Bernard who thinks uploading such a private video would depress me, you are hella' wrong you know! This babe is flyiiiiiing!!

Most of all; though it's painful to do; but I forgive you. I won't let you or anyone come in the way of my prayers.

Love you all fam....xx

IT IS WELL.

Ali Baba Boasts "Comedians are Richer Than Nigerian Actors"

Comedians are Richer Than Nigerian Actors…Ali Baba Boasts

His analysis ...A movies take about four months before its release, a comedian within that time frame would have made much more money.

He boasted that there is hardly an actor that that charges N1 million or N2 million per movie unless you are in the top end of the hierarchy such as RMD, Genevieve, and Omotola but comedianscharge up to such amount.

"Nigerian comedians make a lot of money than actors. You wouldn't’t believe but let me tell you. You shoot a movie, it takes 4 months for the movie to be released and they get paid. There is hardly an actor that charges N1 million or N2 million per movie unless you are in the top end of the hierarchy such as RMD, Genevieve, and Omotola. But then, there are comedians that charges N800,000 or N1 million per event. In four months, such comedian would have done maybe 30 events but because he doesn’t do a movie that is on cable TV that can be seen in Kenya, South Africa, and all across the country, people do not think he is making that kind of money" he told a popular daily newspaper.

"Actors shoot a movie and it takes there are quite a number of Nigerian comedians whose wives do not have a job but they still live large. A popular comedian would have performed at 6 to 8 different shows in a month before a Nollywood actor wraps up shoot on set of a movie" he further said

Father Mbaka tells Buhari ''Surround Yourself with the ‘Right’ People"

Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka of the Adoration Ministry, Enugu, has congratulated General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd.) on his victory in the March 28 Presidential election.

Mbaka, whose New Year Message, “From Goodluck to Badluck,” became a major talking point during the campaigns for the election, said- Buhari’s emergence was a divine victory for all Nigerians.

However, he urged the President-Elect to seek divine wisdom before appointing people who will
work with him.

According to him, President Goodluck Jonathan’s biggest problem was that he surrounded himself with the “wrong people.” Mbaka advised Buhari to avoid making the same mistake.

The cleric’s spokesman said:
“It is with vindictive joy and glory to God that the Adoration Ministry, the nation and indeed the world saw the fulfillment of Fr. Mbaka’s New Year prophesy of change with the miraculous, victorious emergence of General Muhammed Buhari at the March 28th polls as the President-elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“We wish to restate that before President Goodluck became the President of this country, Fr. Mbaka prophesied it in his message titled ‘Okolo.’ Today again, Buhari’s victory, among other lessons it portends to Nigerians, has once more confirmed to all and sundry that Fr. Mbaka is indeed a true Prophet of God and that his New Year message was indeed from the Oracle of the Holy Spirit as he declared.
