Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele, has lashed out at her critics, who claimed that her infrequent appearance in English movies is due to her linguistic deficiency in English. The rumours was that the actress has been featuring majorly in Yoruba movies because she cannot speak or act effectively in English.
She took to Twitter to express her disgust. Funke wrote on her twitter page:
“I always laugh when people say na only Yoruba films she dey act. She no fit speak/act English film. Maybe dey didn’t watch I Need to Know.”
