A second health care worker at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital who provided care for Thomas Eric Duncan has tested positive for Ebola, the state's health department says.
She recently traveled before she was admitted to the hospital .
Identified as Amber Joy Vinson, before she tested positive for Ebola took a flight on Monday from Cleveland to the Dallas area the day before she reported symptoms of the disease
