HERBAL REMEDY FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL HEMORTHOIDS

How to effectively treat internal and external hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are dilated veins that form in the anus or the rectum of the stroke the veins of the anal area swell slightly at the time of defecation.

But unlike normal veins, hemorrhoids remain permanently dilated.

▪Symptoms are occasional and easily recognizable: ▪Itching near the anus ▪Seated discomfort ▪ Bleeding during bowel movements Usually, a hemorrhoids attack lasts a few days and then the symptoms subside. I propose a combination of 3 treatments to treat the pain: - a tea to drink morning, noon, evening - a sitz bath morning and evening - a natural ointment All products for treatment are within reach of all and are not expensive

RECIPE 1 FOR THE HERBAL TEA You need: - 20 small cola or Garcinia cola or Bitter cola -

2 onions, preferably red onion - 3 liters of water PREPARATION Grind the small cola, cut the onions and put them in a pot and add the 3 liters of water.

Boil for 15 minutes. Leave to rest before consuming lukewarm.

Manual Have a drink in the morning for lunch and dinner until complete healing.

RECIPE 2 You need - 6 cloves of garlic - Leaves and mango tree bark (fresh or dried) - 4 liters of water PREPARATION: do not peel the garlic Flatten the cloves of garlic with the back of a knife, wash the leaves and mango bark and put it in a pot with the 3l of water and boil for 20 minutes . Let stand and drink warm.

How to use: Drink a drink morning and evening for 2 weeks How to do a sitz bath? A sitz bath is a technique that involves soaking your buttocks in the water for a fixed period of time to combat the symptoms associated with a hemorrhoids attack.

To do your sitz bath: - Put in a basin or bidet 10 to 20 centimeters of mango tree tea + Bark + Garlic recipe 2. - Sit on it leaving the legs outside. If possible, hold your knees slightly up. - Install yourself as comfortably as possible, the goal is primarily to relieve you.

We recommend : take between 2 to 4 baths a day; take a sitz bath at least 1 h 30 after a meal and if possible after a visit to the toilet: each sitz bath can last between 5 and 15 minutes.

WARNING: Beyond 4 baths per day or too long sitz baths, you risk adding skin problems to your hemorrhoids, so do not overdo it. RECIPE 3 FOR ANTI-HEMORRHOIDS OINTMENT Peel and crush 3 cloves of garlic and mix the garlic paste with shea butter or palm oil. You can use this ointment on the affected area as many times as you will do your sitz bath.
