Nine men were arrested by the Lagos State Police Command Headquarters in Ikeja for allegedly parading in military uniforms to commit crime on Tuesday, May 20, 2014.
The suspects are: John Henry, Israel Amuzu, Joseph Jidai, Peter Azubuike, Obi Chinyere, Oha Paul, Sulaiman Rahman, Hammed Gbadamosi and Oguntamu Abiola.
The suspects all claimed to be members of the Man’ O War group.
The state Commissioner of Police, Mr. Umar Manko, has disclosed that no citizen who is not a trained military agent will be allowed to use any uniform to carry out criminal activities and also warned members of the public to desist from such acts or be prepared to face the full force of the law.
