BOVAS sells fuel at N162/litre, while other fuel stations sell for N210 - 250/litre.
The owner of BOVAS fuel stations deserve a national honour.
If she receive supply at N162/ltr and there is increase in price along the line, she will never adjust her metre to the new price until that supply is exhausted.
