While efforts are still ongoing to rescue lives, it was learned that at least 19 persons are still trapped in a three-storey building under construction which collapsed in Ibadan on Friday.
David Aderibigbe, a witness who lives close to the building site, told newsmen that 23 workers and two food vendors were trapped in the building.
